To begin, rest assured that the information you submit on our website is transmitted via secure servers and protected with industry-standard encryption. We’ll never share anything with anyone without your explicit permission. 


Here is a list of the information we will need to process your loan application:

  • Borrower and Co-Borrower Social Security Number 
  • Employment History 
  • Including Employment dates (last 2 years), Addresses, Salary, Current Pay Stubs, and W-2 forms 
  • Banking Information
  • Checking and/or Savings and/or Certificate of Deposit Account Numbers and Balances, Last 2 Months of Statements, Addresses of Banks
  • Stocks, Bonds, and Investment Accounts
  • Retirement Plan Copy of Latest Statement 
  • Liabilities and Other Mortgage Debt 
  • Creditor Names, Addresses, Account Numbers, Monthly Payments and Balances 



If You’re Self-Employed: 

  • Two Years of Tax Returns, Profit & Loss Statement, (Both Company and Personal if Separate), Current Balance Sheet 

We will need two years' personal federal tax returns if you have income from: 

  • Commission 
  • Overtime 
  • Bonus 
  • Partnership 
  • Rental Property 
  • Trust 
  • Notes Receivable 
  • Interest/Dividends  



If You’re Employed in the Family Business: 
  • Personal Federal Income Tax Returns and All Schedules For the Past Two Years 



If You Are Divorced or Separated:

  • Complete, Executed Divorce Decree and Settlement Agreement
  • Payment History of Alimony/Child Support Over Past 12 Months, or proof of receipt for the last 3 months



If You've Sold Your Home But Haven’t Closed: 

  • A Copy of the Sales Contract 


If You've Sold Your Home, Closed, And Will Use The Proceeds For Your New Down Payment: 

  • A Copy Of The Closing Disclosure (CD previously called the HUD-1 Uniform Settlement Statement) 


If You Rent: 

  • Names, Addresses, and Phone Numbers of All Landlords Over The Past 24 Months 


If You're Buying A Home: 

  • Purchase Sales Contract or Offer to Purchase and All Addenda with all signatures


If Source of Your Down Payment is a Gift: 

  • Name, Address, Relationship to Donor*


For VA Financing: 

  • DD214 and Certificate of Eligibility
